I better keep an eye on this. Might need other plans in a few months. Hopefully it doesn't get too bad for the people that live there!

Yup if the rains don’t come or are weak I don’t see it reopening for archery and possibly for rifle either. Also I don’t know what they think is adequate moisture/rain.

It’s a pretty regular occurrence in Az. The first good monsoon gets it opened back up.

Its soooo dry here in SW Colorado that a few days of rain are not going to make a difference. the closures may start to extend north as well.
The snow is already mostly gone from the high country. The rivers and streams are running at about one quarter to one fifth of what they should be. Remember that last year was a dry year as well here. Lets all pray for a long and heavy monsoon season. Otherwise this place is going to burn up.
