*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 74-79%
*Set 5 – Max reps @ 55-60%
*Set 6 – Max reps @ 50-55%

Rest 2 minutes between sets

Conditioning
Every 2:30, for 25 minutes (5 sets of):
Station 1:Run 400 Meters
Station 2:Row 500 Meters

*Goal = 2 minutes or less per station, adjust distances accordingly.
 
23 miles w/ a pack on Thursday/Friday—not a lot of deer, but just need one nice one :) 3 mile recovery hike w/ TE this morning. My buddy from So Cal comes in this afternoon, we'll be out early tomorrow for three days

I always forget about this thread.

Today I took my dogs on a 4 mile hike, about 1k vertical, I wort my goruck pack with 35lbs.

Afternoon/evening
-rowing on my concept2: 3x5k all negative splits
-3x12 shrugs with 55lb dumbellw
-3x12 curls with 40lb dumbells
-3x15 pushups
-easy pull up set 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
