Wyoming question

Hi guys so I deer hunted in a unit last year and had a blast and saw quite a bit of elk back there so I decided to put in for a general tag and go back this year and hunt it again I’ve never applied for elk in Wyoming just deer and I’m kind of confused on the different dates and seasons and either sex, bull only, cow calf and what not so could some one help me out and clarify what all this means so that I put in for the right tag and season feel free to shoot me a pm so I don’t have to blast the unit on the interwebs.
