    Depends on what your fitness goals are but I like taking glutamine pills. If you're trying to get a lot of protein in for example or starting a high calorie diet, glutamine is important for gut health and helping your body digest the food. GNC makes capsules that'll work just fine.

    I work at a chip manufacturing company with tools that use their optics. Zeiss makes so much money from their other products. This is frustrating to see but realistically, Zeiss will have already factored in revenue loss from a few people refusing to use their products in the future. Just shows...

    Pursuit of the $. Companies do what they can to influence and create the lifestyle that hunters chase after. And those with a large target audience are the vessels to accomplish that through. It's not always bad but consumers need to be more careful with who they give their attention and dollars...
