Hey all!
I was fortunate enough to pull a 55 Rifle tag off the reissue list today. I wanted to reach out and see if anyone was headed out to that area and wanted to team up. I have hunted 53/54 quite extensively in the past but this will be my first time pushing into 55.
The unfortunate part about this hunt is that I will be TDY for the military most of Oct so this will be very heavily escouting for me. I am willing to put in the work as far as helping pack out, contribute food, fuel, whatever. I already finished an elk hunt in 54 this year so I will not have an elk tag but would be happy to team up with an elk camp and provide reports if I see anything. I have a 4x4 truck with chains and plan to hot tent it.
In addition to this, if anyone has any good starting points for 55 I'd be all ears also. I would be happy to exchange info on 53/54 Deer, bear, elk.
