Patty r1 is solid for later season.

I have the Sitka and it’s pretty warm and durable. With a vest outer layer, I am pretty good on cold days. If you stop moving, just throw a coat over top until you get going again.

Patagonia R1 hoody, some one is going to have to pull it off my dead body when I die. I live in that baby!

for those that like the R1 (count me among that group!), the Heavyweight Core is almost identical except offered in camo- same weight gridded fleece, similar cut and offered in a hooded version as well

I use mine as an insulating layer in milder weather, mid-layer in colder weather- it's definitely a nice piece of kit
