Do you think theres a posibility of bringing this to consumers by april of this year? Or atleast a select few people?

Got the second prototype cut. This one still needs a belly but this is proof of concept. Still haven’t perfected the design, the ends don’t quite work how I wanted them but I should be able to update that next week. Went super simple on the door because I hate having a door on a hinge-it always seems to be in the way. I’ll be attaching a small wire cable to it to aid in detaching it. Titanium cools off super fast so it wont be a problem closing the door. This design as is weights 27oz without the belly. I’ll be adding a steel cable along the bottom with a spring to clamp it shut. I wasn’t a huge fan of the HPG closure. Let me know what you think!

Love what you're designing, but I don't understand what is going to support the belly of the stove on either end. I purchased the stove parts at the link below, and the ends have an inner lip that supports the stove belly/body.

This one has a similar design. There’s a hem bend that run along both sides of the top and the belly will as well. The belly just slides into the slots then there’s a support strip on both the front and back panel to hold it in place.

Progress has been slow. We're absolutely slammed at work right now so this has taken the back seat. Hoping to get the revised drawings back this weekend but not sure if that will happen as my draftsman is buried right now.

I just got back from vacation and my draftsman gave me the latest update. Hopefully I can cut some prototypes here in the next few days and test it out.
Hey man, I messaged you a few years ago about this stove. I am super stoked to see you are making progress. I have been holding off on buying a tent stove until you get these going. I hope you haven’t forgotten me…I can’t wait to buy one!

Final design is finally done. I have a design that is assembled and functioning as I wanted it to. Hoping to do a few test burns over the next few days. I have titanium on order so if all goes well I’d like to cut a few sets out and go from there. I’ll post some updated photos soon.

Headed out in the river next week. Supposed to snow and rain for 5 days.
We have 2 hot tents just in case. We will only use 1 most likey to dry gear. When this stove is ready i will buy 1. Been waiting several years for this. The existing stoves are so stupid to assemble when your hands are cold and wet.

Here are some more pictures. This is a stainless steel version. Weighs 2lb 5oz as it sits. Titanium is approximately 50% lighter I believe so I think a titanium version should be around 20-24oz range. Still working on designing a dampener but it’ll be very similar to Seek Outside’s version. This stove folds completely into itself and measures 8x10x1.5” flat. When assembled, the top is completely supported which should allow almost any cookware to be used without crushing or bending. Let me know what you think!

Looking good🤙 How does the belly attach/body attach?
The top of the stove has a hem bend along the sides then the belly also has a hem bend. They slip inside each other then just slide in. The bottom of the belly is supported by a strip on both ends.
