If you commit to a purchase on Rokslide you need to follow through with the transaction and pay the agreed upon amount with very, very few exceptions. If you need to make your purchase commitment conditional you need to be clear and discuss this up front. If you fully commit to a purchase it means you can afford to pay for the item now and the purchase is not dependent upon you obtaining the funds through a different unrelated transaction that may or may not happen. Same goes for selling an item. If you agree to sell an item you need to actually own the item and have immediate access to the item to send/deliver in a reasonable time frame.
Conduct business as honorable individuals and communicate any and all potential issues BEFORE you commit to buy or sell an item.
