    Soupcan, your action appears to be a TL Industries made to APR spec action. APR did use Curtis, and recently have used a bunch or Defiance. I think it depended on when the riffles were built or what the customer asked for. This is a very good deal on an APR

    I agree. Both my 243s shoot the 95gr Federal Fusion orange box submoa. It’s cheap too. $20-24, and easy to find. I haven’t hand loaded for either of them after they shot the federal so well.

    Holy crap. You think you had a baffle strike or was it just from pressure? Your load don’t sound too extreme to me. Sounds pretty typical. That shouldn’t happen and you’d think they would “rebuild” the can quickly and mail a hat and T-shirt for your trouble. That is beyond frustrating.
