Be careful when using knee sleeves as they can limit the mobility of your patella. I would avoid getting anything sized smaller than recommended and you certainly don’t need anything in the 7mm thickness range like a SBD sleeves. I looked into taking some hunting as my knees are cranky and usually hurt all the time but my PT strongly recommended against it. I’ll also point out that trekking poles really helped me out.
