Those of you headed to Alaska are probably about 10 days away from departure. I went in 2020 and I know I was doing final gear prep and slowing down my physical training. Exactly -- heading to the Super Bowl. I'm not a sports buff, but for me hunting is definitely right up there with mainstream America's obsession with professional sports.

It's that fabled green grassy mountain bowl full of 40" rams. I believe it's nestled just above Stone Glacier.
