CA Ridgeline FFT 6.5 PRC "20 in barrel" and 156 EOL velocities

Wondering if there is anyone with this rifle/bullet combo that can share their experience with working up a load for the Berger 156s and the safe/accurate velocities they have been able to achieve. I plan on buying rifle but I'm worried if I'll be able to get the muzzle vel. I'm looking for...at least 2800. I thought I could do it but I read that the Ridgeline FFT with 20" barrel actually is 18.5" when you remove the brake (I plan on running a TBAC Ultra 7). So now I'm really doubting whether it is achievable. Note: I know...even 100 fps isn't going to make any noticeable difference, but it remains that 2800 is the line I've drawn as far as whether it is worth going with this rifle/caliber. Thanks yall!
