My 15 yr old son somehow scored 1of 2 tags for the apprentice Marble Mountains unit.
Looking for anybody willing to share any tips for our preliminary scouting. Grew up on the north side but understand better odds on south and west side of unit. Also any experience with the rut for Sept 5-16, should we defer to the latter week for potential calling locating if we dedicate a full week off, concerned with things going quiet when it rolls into Blacktail rifle opener.
