Hi all.
A little background first. I used to be 361lbs many moons ago. I'm now between 190-210 most of the time. With that variation in weight, I have loose skin around my mid section. On top of that I had to have mesh implanted to repair a hernia so my muscular structure is not "normal".
I'm having an issue where I'm getting some pinches in between the belt of my pack and the belt of my pants. It's worse this year, probably because I went to a new pack.
My thought is to wear a compression shirt under my base layer to prevent the pinches and irriation that occurs. I'm guessing it'll create some other issues, but maybe not.
Curious if anyone wear a compression shirt under their baselayer and what their experience has been. Also, any recommendations for specific ones that will stand up to the rigors of hunting while helping me manage moisture and temps would be awesome.
