A couple Dexter Knives are 50% or nearly 50% off on Amazon. I've had the breaking knife for a few years. At $25 it made a good office Christmas gift and I ordered myself a filet knife to match. Check out what guys use at the fish house - you’ll see a lot of dexter Russels!

I think they’re a great filet knife and also use the smaller filet knives for processing game.
