Replaced water separator, fuel pump, all hoses (from tank to main fuel filter), cleaned tank the best I could, and added and inline filter before separator. Started right up and let it run 30min to get some treated diesel moving through the system. Hopefully I don’t have more problems down the road. Now to just put dash back on, and get the hood and sides installed. Thanks for all that responded as the input was much appreciated.
