Saw the other thread on puffy's and thought I'd share a budget down option I came across while on a work trip to NY recently. Whilst I normally go for "quality" gear from outdoor brands, they seemed ok for the price so I picked up the jacket and the vest. Haven't tried them in the field yet though. What I can say is that both are super light, pack tiny and come at a pretty good price (49 for vest and 79 for jacket). If I'm not mistaken, they run free shipping over 75 dollars right now too. They also came in a plethora of colors, the solid green was my choice.

That said, they are fairly thin. I'd say it's more of a early/mid season insulation layer. Will try to post some pics when I get home. Sizing is similar to sitka, maybe even a tad smaller (at least for the vest). I'll also put them on the scale.

Specs I gathered from their site:

640 fill
90 down/10 feathers
My guess on weight is around 6-9oz.
