Elk Calling Instructional Resources

I'm relatively new to calling elk. I've searched around youtube and the internet and found a few good things, but I'm still looking for more. What resources you would suggest for learning more about calling elk?

I'm not after how to make the sounds as much as I'd like to know when to use what call, how to call in different scenarios to effectively talk to the elk, and learn how their brains work.
