During the work out lot of calories burn, and the person may loss his strength during or after the work out. after losing the strength diet is very important element for retain all the energy that person loss during the workout. This thread gives great information about diet and what diet is beneficent for getting strength. I will add this diet in my daily routine for getting more strength.
