Good looking stuff. I'll be a little bit poorer come mid June I guess.

Looks like a nice system. I can't say it does more than my current set up but it is nice that there are other great options.

Podcast is live if you want to hear them discuss the pack and frame in further detail.

I really like the new lid, might try and pick one of those up later as its really the only thing I thought needed improving on the current bag. I was really after the 2000ci bag but after seeing how big they made it I might as well just stay with my 3500. The point of a daypack in my mind is something smaller and lighter, bare essentials type thing, but can still haul meat out.....with everything they added to it its 3000ci which is just shy of the 3500.

Pack does look awesome. I know for a fact the 3500 and 5500 attach to the duplex frame with ease. Can't see this being any different?

In the podcast he mentioned the 3500 is more like 4500 cubic inches. I think he said 4750 but don't quote me on that.

I'm really liking the new pack. I think Exo is the way I'm going when I finally convince the war dept.(my wife) to drop that kind of money for a backpack.

As stated above. The 3500 is well over 3500. A great combo would be the 2000 and 5500 .

I agree. I'm going to have to think about dumping my 3500 for that combo at some point. That would really cover about any situation I can see myself getting into. I have a tough time letting go of the 3500 since it's been such an awesome pack for me...

Will the new bags fit on a 2015 frame? Particularly the 2000ci
On the podcast they said all bags and frames are compatible from 2014-2016. The only thing not compatible with the new frame is the old meat shelf accessory as they have created a new replacement "crib" to take is place.

I could be wrong but in the video for the 2000 ci pack, the tabs for the meat shelf are still on the new frame as well as on the back of the bag. However, there is no mention of it being an option in the video. Maybe someone from EXO could chime in for clarification as it would be nice to still be able to use the meat shelf and pull the bag away from the frame for more hauling space.
