Any recommendations for an ultralight first aid kit?

Duct tape, super glue, motrin, alcohol wipes.

Do a search on first aid kits or FAK or IFAK and you will get several hits as it is a topic that comes up every year.

Mine consists of 1 roll of Vetrap 4"x5yd, 4-2pak of gauze sponges 4"x4", 8 gauze pads 4"x4", 1 SURGIPAD combine dressing 8"x7 1/2", 1 Triangle bandage, 2 packets of CELOX 2gm ea., 6 bandaids, 2 Antiseptic toweletts and 4 travel paks of Ibuprofen. All fits in a 1 Qt. ziploc baggie. Buy the individual items you think you will need for the trip your taking, the kits have alot of wasted items IMHO.
