Casey is a part of the back country hunting community and I think your post is completely appropriate. I just spoke with Casey a few days ago and he is a very nice guy. This is terrible and I wish him a speedy and complete recovery.

That's what I like about this forum verses all others. It must be the mindset of the backcountry hunter is different from others. Humble, generous and team oriented.

I wish him a speedy recovery and Rokslider's can smash this goal today! Remember what we do is inherently risky and any of us could meet with a difficult situation and so I think it is completely appropriate that we raise these issues here.
