Excluding AR variants that could be used for big game I have three

Tikka 6.5 CM w/NF ATACR, barrel cut and threaded for my Omega
Tikka .223 w/SWFA 6x
Remington 700 308

I need to figure out what I’m going to do with the Remington, at the very least the glass on it has to go but I might go ahead and sell the whole thing since it collects dust these days. I’d rather sell it and continue my Tikka love affair but I have a problem selling guns.

My deer and elk guns are the following.
.270 WSM Remington 700
.270 Win Winchester Model 70
6.5x284 Tikka T3x
.243 Win Remington 700

The .270 Win isn't even wearing a scope right now. I shoot the 270 WSM and 6.5x284 mostly. The .243 I gave to my wife but she prefers bow hunting.

I have 4 coyote rifles that could be deer rifles if need be, but I think I have better options. I have killed deer with a .22-250.

My father in law passed away in May and I have inherited a few more since then. I got a pair of 6.5 Creedmoors for my boys and a 300 Win Mag that I did a little work on for my father in law. He also had a bunch of "coyote rifles".

I have plenty of rifles I could use for hunting big game, however only one goes out ever. Nothing special, just a used Savage arms 111 Lightweight Hunter chambered in 30-06. Super confident with the rifle though.

Two. Sako 30-06 with a 3-9 Leopold scope for 90% of my hunting
Marlin 45-70 lever action with a ghost ring site for shorter hunting situations.

So far so good.

It depends on who you’re asking....me, not enough...my wife, way too many. Although, if she were to look in the safe, I’m pretty sure she wouldn’t be able to pick out the “big game rifles”, from the “small game rifles”.

A 30-06 that gets used and a muzzleloader that usually doesn't. I plan my out of state adventures as bow hunting trips so my 06 is all I need for now. But id love some reasons to buy more.

4. Sako 85 338 Fed
5. Bergara B14 Woodsman 270 win
6. S&W M&P 10
7. Savage 10FP 308
8. Savage Lightweight/Lady in 243 (Lightweight action with Lady stock, for the kids to learn on)
9. T/C Firehawk .54 inline
10. Marlin JM 1895GS 45/50
11. Savage 340 30-30
12 Savage 170 30-30
13. Weatheryby Vanguard 270 win
14. Ruger M77 308 win
15. Marlin 93 30-30
16. Savage 10 in Lightweight wood stock 243 win

Didn't expect that I had this many big game rifles. Might have to pick out 5 or so to sell. I keep telling myself I should sell a bunch off and make due with 2-3 big game rifles, but only way for that to happen is for me to turn the internet off & isolate myself from gun related content.

It’s not like she’d begrudge me for spending some money that I earn on some gear that I want...

It’s more like she’s mean and might smother me in my sleep and use my gear as bait for the future boyfriend.

I want that gear to go to my kids.
I can’t stop laughing at this thinking the same thing 😂🤣

I have a pile of big game rifles but I always seem to take out my cheap Rem 700 adl in 7mm mag. It just flat out shoots and I know if I get the chance to pull the trigger I'm coming home with an animal.
