Interesting documentary out of BC

Hey guys!
Wild Sheep of BC posted a documentary on Movi that I finished watching today. It’s about an hour long but I felt like it was worth the watch. Movi is something I’ve heard a lot about and the documentary answered some questions I had. I will post the link below.

Amazing documentary no doubt. Was lucky to watch it last summer and its pretty stunning film thats also really educational.

Great video.
The test and remove model could be implemented in a lot of areas.
Awesome to see a domestic operation working to get their sheep ovi free. Hopefully that can translate to larger operations.

If you want to see grown men cry, put this movie on.

Unfortunately, it hits close to home. We just had an M.Ovi outbreak here in Alberta last month. Really, really, sucks seeing an entire herd wiped off the mountains, in hopes of keeping the disease contained.

WSF Alberta is all over it, but hunter-conservationists can only do so much. Really needs to be coordinated effort between government, conservationists, and ranchers.

Here's to hoping things get better going forward.
