Large durable duffel bag with over the shoulder strap.

Been trying to find a large duffel in the 90-110L range that has at least side compartment for my work boots. I travel international in the maritime industry (up and down narrow gangways and gets thrown around a lot), and its important for me to have a over the shoulder strap because I always carry a backpack with my laptop and such. Coming from using cheap large garbage gym backs, I noticed that a lot of quality duffels have the shoulder straps, which won't work for me. Not sure if there are any bags that convert the shoulder straps to a single over the shoulder or whatnot, that may be a good option. Waterproof would be preferable, not a deal breaker though. I'm trying to keep my budget under $150. Appreciate the help on this.
