Leica duovid 10-15x50

Anyone have anything to say about these I know Leica's are top of the line and I've looked through a buddy's geo vid 10x42. My question is are they worth there weight found a good deal on them but I kind of want a pair of Swarovski 10x42 swarovision so I don't know what to do here can anyone help?

So I guess I'm asking if anyone has any comparisons between the Leica duovid 10-15x50 and the Swarovski 10x42 swarovisions?

I've owned both. They are both awesome glass however, if you are going to be carrying them around your neck go with the Swaros. If you are going to use them on a tripod or out of your truck primarily, the Leicas are great. Too heavy to carry around in the mountains though. The Swaros are actually very compact for 10x42's...Base your decision on your usage.

That's what I've been narrowing it down to I think the Leica's are 3.2 lbs or something and that's what concerns me is being way too heavy to carry in the mtns thanks for the input
