Link to that really nice topo map tool?

A few months back, someone posted a link to a really nice topo map tool that was free. It allowed you to pull up USGS topo maps in a nice resolution. I'm on a new computer and don't have the bookmark and can't find the thread.

Anyone know what I'm talking about and have the link to the tool or the thread?

Really love the mappingsupport site. For up here it seems like the best and easiest to use. I really like being able to change between maps and photos without having seventeen windows open.
