I lost my blue umpqua midge fly box full of midges on the lower Provo this morning. If you find it please let me know or drop it off at Fly Fish Food. It held 150 to 200 midges and midge emergers. I'm not holding my breath, but just hoping someone happens upon it. I lost it when my client's balance became iffy and he nearly went for a swim waiting for me to retie his rig for the 4th of 7 total times this morning.

As a guide, it's devastating to think about the time it means on the bench tying new flies to recoup what was lost.

On the bright side, his buddy crushed it and was putting on a clinic. A few pics of the buddy who could

Thank you,

Mike

I lost my balance in high water once and dropped my full rig orvis 7'11"(the one humphreys used) in the creek. It was that or drown. Posted some posters in the area. Someone found it months later, just the handle and the reel rod was snapped off. Called Orvis cause I had to ask and wouldnt you believe they replaced it. I could no longer get the 7'11" but they gave me a new one.

A few posters might be worth your time.
