mapping private property lines

Is there a good free source online or google earth overlay to look at property boundaries/ownership?

Im looking at cental idaho. Specifically the Bennett mountains north of mountain home. . .

Sometimes the county has a GIS website where you can see property lines, landowners, etc.

Buy the OnX Map application for Idaho and turn on the private property layer. It costs the same as buying a plat for a single county if you get the yearly mobile version.

It's not free but all of the legwork is done for you.

if you are on a smartphone, the "huntstand" app has property lines as well, not sure how accurate but they are on there

Mobile version also give you access to mapping on your computer.
