Maven response time

Hello,
I was curious if anyone has experience contacting Maven through email. I sent an email 5 days ago and haven't heard anything yet. I know some will say call, but if a company lists an email address as a method of contact, they should reply in a reasonable time (I'm not saying 5 days is unreasonable with the Holiday and weekend)
How long did it take for them to respond to an email for service or general questions?
Did they meet or exceed your expectations with customer service?
I'm asking because I'm considering dropping $1000 (B2) on a pair of their binoculars.
I want to make sure they have solid customer service and stand behind their products before I pull the trigger.

Messages get lost/filtered. The CS is very solid. No hesitation to recommend Maven, they'll take good care of you.

The B2's are awesome btw, only drawback is that they're big due to the AK prism.
