Meopta narrow FOV

Why is it that Meopta bino's always seem to have really narrow FOV vs competitors? I've never even considered them because I usually only look at the wider angle in each category. I haven't gotten to use any but most people that have seem to rave about the quality and that they're kissing cousins with Swarovski. Yet Swaro doesn't seem to have that issue. Is it a preference thing for them to have a narrow FOV, or are they mechanically covering some of the view to have a crisp edge? Just seems weird to me that its so consistent across their lineup.

The Meopta Genesis 8.5 x 44 shows to have a 122 meter fov at 1000 yds. 122 meters = 400.26 feet.

Swarovski EL 8.5 x 42 shows to have a 399 feet fov at 1000 y.

The Genesis 10.5 x 44 shows to have a 108.3 meter fov at 1000 y.

The Swarovski EL 10 x 42 shows to have a 111.6 meter fov at 1000 y.

Some difference on 10 x 42, but not huge?

Sorry about that. I read Kowa and you wrote Meopta. I'll delete my post to cut down on confusion.
