Moving sucks!

Our move to CO is getting real now. Only a month away. Excited but I forgot how much of a pain in the ass it is to pack all this stuff up! Over the last few days I've filled 80 boxes and I feel like I haven't even put a dent in this place. Can't wait till its all over!

I hear you. We moved a year ago and it reminded me how much I hate it. Two moves in five years, I'm hoping to stay put for a while!

Heh, I have worked in the moving industry for almost 20 years now so I feel your pain. Granted, back when I was actually lumping furniture it was much easier when I was getting paid than doing it for yourself. One thing I found is moving is a great opportunity to purge all the crap you have been accumulating over the years. If you haven't touched it in a while then perhaps it is time to part with it. I can't tell you how many times we would move someone with stuff still packed in moving boxes from the previous move years before. Anyway, good luck with the move.
