Got this setup to work with the next 90 days
Surfing will be max 8 days a month. Hiking = minimal. Will run 3 miles and do 3 reps of max push-ups and pull ups on an every other day basis.
haven’t hit a gym in 5 plus years so not super savvy on how to maximize 30 minutes every morning on this pile of metal
