Need a bit of help

Got this setup to work with the next 90 days

Surfing will be max 8 days a month. Hiking = minimal. Will run 3 miles and do 3 reps of max push-ups and pull ups on an every other day basis.

Looks like most hotel or small office gyms. I like focusing on big compound movements so that equipment wouldn’t interest me much. Can probably do more if you had elastic bands in the meantime.

Yeah I'd focus on some bodyweight stuff and getting out for walks/runs. Athleanx had some good travel workouts.
