I was trying to build an E-tip load for an antelope hunt this last fall and was having issues loading these bullets into my cases. Pieces of the bullet were shaving off as I was trying to seat them in the case. I have never seen this before and I was loading various other bullets at the same time just experimenting with different bullet/powder options and none of the others were showing that condition? Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
It is a 25-06 on an RCBS rock chuck. Bras is once shot Hornady brass, tumbled, polished, sized, and de-burred.

First suggestion is, if you aren't already, chamfer really well the inside of the case mouth after sizing and or trimming. Creates an easier entry for the bullet into the case mount. Had issues with Barnes mono's, and that fixed it.
