Optics cleaning in the field

If their is grit or more debris than can be blown out and/or lightly brushed away, I will not touch the lenses if at all possible until I get back to base and can flush with cleaning fluid. Keep them clean as you go and always keep protected and you shouldn’t have that issue.

A fine hair paint brush and ZEISS Lens Wipe. Walmart optics department gives free samples.
