What's up guys,
We just released a 1.5" rigid EDC belt that is great for both every day wear and every day carry. One of the challenges folks face is finding a belt that is super stiff for carrying. A lot of belts sag and have issues supporting the weight of a loaded firearm.
This belt is made with two layers of scuba webbing, which is primarily used for duty belts in law enforcement. It has a a tensile strength of 3600 pounds. This belt is super rigid and stiff (get your mind out of the gutter).
The 1.5" ADF buckle on this belt has a direct rating of 2,000 pounds / indirect rating of 4,000 pounds.
The belt is adjusted and stays adjusted via 1.5" Velcro. The buckle also does a great job of preventing the webbing from loosening due to the metal slider within the male end.
#69 Nylon thread is used to put all of these high quality ingredients together.
This is definitely a buy once, cry once type of belt.
It should be noted....these buckles are not designed to go through belt loops. I have used them for years, and the easiest thing to do is to leave the male and female end connected together. You simply filter the webbing through the belt loops and proceed to filter the webbing end through the male end slider bar and cinch it down.
