Sako 85 finnlight vs Tikka

I think the 85 has been discontinued. I loved that action. Which tikka model has the same action? Or any other manufacturer recommendations on a sako type action? Thanks.

Tikka has only one action, and it isn't a Sako 85.

Personally, I sold my Sako 85 and prefer my Tikka's. Primarily because of an ejection issue.

I would consider another Sako, but at the price I will stick with Tikka personally. Sako's are expensive on the front end, and expensive on the back end if you need to do anything to them was the lesson I took away from owning one. Damn nice rifle if someone does not want to tinker though.

The fierce action is allegedly sako 85 nock off. Just make sure you get one with rifling in the barrel. However, imo, the ejection problem on the sako 85 is a deal breaker.

Clarification: the Fierce 3 lug action is a Sako clone. (Edit: Edge and Rage models)

Fierce also has a 2 lug action that is R700 clone.
