So I have been using Salomons 4D boots and love them for early hunt and daily walking. But I am looking at these Scarpa boots for my Utah Elk hunt scenarios, mostly for the water proof...

Scarpa Charmoz Pro II GTX Mountaineering Boots

My question is are these flexible in the same realm or close to as the Salomons?
I don't need a ridge walking stiff boot. I need some flexibility like the Salomon but in a water proof set of light weights.

The charmoz is a stiff climbing boot. It's nowhere near as flexible. I own both and wouldn't use the charmoz outside of climbing personally.

It's stiff. Can't feel rocks at all underfoot. I think that will translate to a noisier hunting boot, but they sure they sure help the feet.

Yea they advertise these as "flexible", but I had concerns as to what they considered flexible vs the rest of us
