I'm in the process of converting over my duck hunting gear to Sitka and I'm a little torn on which direction to go. I currently only have a Duck Oven and I'm more than likely going with a Delta Wading Jacket when I need a shell.
Should I go with a Dakota Hoodie underneath or would it not layer well under the Duck Oven? Would I be better off with a Gradient Hoody and vest? Any input would be much appreciated.

I can chime in a little. The layering I do on top is a Sitka quarter zip followed by a Dakota vest and that is my decoy setting and if I get cold after laying down I have a drake mst quarter zip. The Dakota vest is so dang warm and cuts wind so well that it is very versatile and would think the hoody version would take you pretty cold. I am not brand loyal so I buy whatever is best from different companies when money allows.
