Anyone else hate vests when hunting? Anyway, when I'm hunting I have a pack keeping my back very warm and it breaks the wind, and it seems like my ADG bino harness covers the front half a surprising amount. But shoulders and especially back of arms in cold wind get cold when my chest and back are sweaty, so i obviously don't want to put another layer on in this situation and usually it's not a big deal.
But I'm just wondering if there are ANY hoodies, jackets etc with more insulation or wind resistance in those areas?!
I know it would be totally opposite of any "mapped" insulation pieces I've ever seen. But the right hybrid would be sweet.

I'm the opposite, I love vests I make myself leave mine behind on backcountry hunts.

The Sawtooth from 1st lite is merino only in the back to work in conjunction with your pack.

Yeah, seems a lot of guys love vests. I mostly don't. Maybe if I didn't have the pack on front and back. Thanks tho.

Thats why I refuse to wear a chest harness for my binos.
The pack is enough.
I use a RYO bino set up.
