100 lb Wet Lock Boxes

Try this outfit. Not Fairbanks, but likely the right boxes.

The 100# Wet Lock Box description looks almost exactly like what I recall. 37.5" x 15.5" x 9.0" with a separate top that 'telescopes' down over the bottom.

Interior Fish Processors occasionally ships meat for our hunters in Sept/Oct. They usually have had the higher quality no BS waxed freezer boxes you describe. Ask for Virgil if they dont have them in stock. I bet he'd share his source with ya.

I used to know Virgil back in the day when I had IFP handle a couple moose for me. I figured they might have what I'm looking for. I'll be calling them.

If you don’t have any luck finding the ones you’re after, I’ve had good results using heavy duty moving boxes from Home Depot and lining them with 1” foam board. I put a contractor bag inside that and then load it with frozen meat. The large size box will hold a bit over 100 lbs of frozen meat. I’ve shipped or packed meat this way at least a half dozen times and not had any issues whatsoever.
