WTB Phone that works with Verizon

Looking for a decent phone-Android or Apple-that will be used with Verizon as carrier. Doesn't have to be latest & greatest, just functional.

Will need one that has sufficient memory etc. as I will likely use it with GAIA mapping, Google earth and a few other apps.
