ECWS level 7 pants. Affordable, durable, stupid warm. Not ultra lightweight.

Those look pretty good. Going to look into that some more. Only thing I don't like about them is no cargo pockets. Otherwise, they look pretty good.

Great thread. I just bought the SKRE pants for $202. Hard to pass them up at that price. My only issue is that I will be wearing Kuiu gloves, Sitka coat, Skre Pants and First Lite base layers........I hope the elk don't care.

I paid $8, plus another $8 for shipping, for the military surplus liner pant. They are quite warm and durable, easily go over my Kuiu Guide pants with boots on. Not quite as warm or packable as the SG, but pretty close. I think they weigh 11 ounces and are very durable. eBay and Amazon sell them.
