Arctic Air. We are flying out Saturday morning after we fly in from Anchorage. How about your group?
Unfortunately we didt get our shit together in time to go this year so we’re now signed up for 2021

Pulled this bull off the slope earlier this week. was a great hunt and adventure! I work in the oilfield on the slope and get to see these big bulls frequently up there, talk about itchy trigger fingers this time of the year! Good luck all.

Here are two of the three bulls our group got last Friday in Unit 23 in the Brooks Range foothills. We saw the group of six bulls coming at us a mile away and we mad dashed 3/4 of a mile to cut them off. We shot them at 56 yards as they came over a hill right in front of us. First time in Alaska for me and my buddy Mike. His was a really nice looking bull.

4 1/2 days in Greenland week of 9/9/19
All 4 of us got caribou and I got a muskox too.
We ate Caribou and muskox with every meal and when we left the meat was split and distributed among the family and friends of our guides.
I wish there was a practical way to bring some meat back to the US from Greenland but none went to waste.

First time caribou for me and first time to Alaska. Double the epic experience! Flew out of Kotzebue and used Golden Eagle Outfitters. They were great. Our first day (can't hunt) we saw lots of caribou including two bulls that bedded down 200yds from camp. Our first morning, we passed on two shooter bulls thinking we would continue seeing lots of caribou.... Well, it dried up. We didn't see much the rest of our trip. I hiked 3 miles to the top of a mountain to shoot my bull. I couldn't be happier with him. My friend shot a small bull 2nd to last day. We didn't see another shooter bull until the last day. We had a herd of 8 bulls come through with one bull bigger than mine. Total we saw about 120 caribou with 6 shooter bulls. We worked hard and hiked a lot daily. The trip was full of highs and lows, but the lows make it that much sweeter of an experience in the end. Thanks for sharing all the pics.

Also, we were able to witness a young Alaskan brown bear kill a caribou. It was incredible. I captured it on video and below is the link. Crazy thing about it, is afterwards, the bear met back up with his mom.
Bro! That footage is insane! So cool! I can't believe how far the bear ran to catch that caribou. Tell me about the filming and how that worked. it looks like you have two different cameras going. Great caribou too
