300 RUM Bottom metal

I'm wanting to start reloading heavy bullets in my 300 rum. I have a rem 700 long range. Will the longer bullets feed from the standard bottom metal/magazine?

I believe the mag box on a 300 rum is 3.7" long. If you want to load the 300 rum long, I suggest getting the action milled open on the rear the magazine mortice, modify the bolt stop, and run a wyatt's cfe9 4" magazine box. Another option is the mbe3 box which allows a 3.83" coal. Beings the 300rum case is 2.85" long, I'd want the longest magazine possible. I have the cfe9 box on my 338 rum and have it throated out to run 300 bergers @ 3.93" coal.
