Boise area fishing

I’ve got a good buddy going to be in Boise for work and has a half day to squeeze in some fishing. He will be staying in town and can’t venture too far out.
If anyone would care to share via PM any direction for him, I’m happy to reciprocate farther north in Idaho and Western MT for same.
