WTB Brownells Stuck Case Puller

Anyone have one of these I could buy or rent? Brownells is out of stock and I don't want to wait a month or more to get it back from a gunsmith. This is the one I am looking for: https://www.brownells.com/gunsmith-...-case-removers/stuck-case-puller-prod972.aspx

The gun is a Browning X-Bolt in .223 and it's a live round that's stuck. Brownells has the .223 collets for the puller in stock but no pullers and they have no idea when they'll get them in. Thanks.

Have you tried a cleaning rod from muzzle end and tap it a little?

I was going to try that but then read multiple times that the primer can still ignite doing that so I chickened out.

As long as you are not banging on the primer it will not ignite. Remove the bolt from the gun so the back end of the cartridge isnt hitting anything when it breaks free. Atleast thats what I would do if I had a round stuck.

Can you go fire the rnd so its not live? Is it a handload?

Problem has been resolved.

I was able to close the bolt on the live round and shoot it. Then used a steel cleaning rod to push out the spent casing. Shoulda done that in the first place but got overly cautious.
