Budget optics

Thanks guys, I found a slightly used pair of Primes for $475 shipped so I went w/that. I tried to find Vipers in that price range but couldn't. Then I bought Luke's Minox MD 50 spotter so I managed to get both for slightly less than my budget. Might of been able to wait and find some Vipers or something similar cheaper but at some point you have to pull the trigger on something.

Looks like I'll be be doing a review on Vanguard Endeavor EDs in the next few weeks.

Read some good reviews on these binos, they are what I'm considering for my daughter. Looking forward to your review of these Robby.

Your Primes have the same warrenty as the Vortex does too. Zen Ray offers that warrenty to Prime and ED3 owners.

Have to go with glass that offers warrenties like that. I went with a small set of Alpens for in my car. Picked them up for $25, but they still have a lifetime warrenty, no questions asked.

For what it is worth I like my Primes over the Vipers. Everyone is different, but I think you will be happy with them.........If not, you can always re-sale them and pick up a different pair.
