I am looking to round out my optics toolkit. I currently have a set of Zeiss 10x42 binos and Maven 18x56 binos.

I mostly hunt Colorado and Wyoming for mule deer, elk, and antelope. Although I do have an Alaska caribou hunt planned for this year as well. I have never been a huge spotter kind of guy but I am starting to realize that a spotter is a great tool for certain hunts and situations. That being said I am starting to look for a spotter. I have been eying the little Swaro STC as well as the STS spotter. I wear glasses so I need a spotter with good eye relief and a comfortable and forgiving eye box. Given the optics I already have and my types of hunt I do am I better served with the compact spotter or should I just jump up to the 65mm? I am even open to maybe a 85mm like a Meopta spotter. I should also note that most of my hunting are truck based, day type hunts.
